About Swift: Conditions of Membership

You do not have to be a member to make a booking on Swiftcentre.com. Registration is only necessary for corporate customers / Travel Agents and Tour Operators. If you are a frequent user of Swiftcentre.com you may however also register as a member. Benefit of being a member is that all your details would automatically be filled in.

You can register your company or yourself to be a user of Swiftcentre.com by printing this form and completing the required fields and sending it to us by fax or mail. Only registered users will be given access to rates that have been allocated to you, as a user, by the establishment you are wanting to access. Choose a username for yourself (such as your last name) and make sure this username contains no spaces. Travel Agents select Company Name from the available pull down list to ensure that your pre allocated number is correct.

The form requires that a Director / General Manager signs the application as he takes responsibility for the company using Swiftcentre.com and that the system is maintained in terms of users and is not abused. The initial password will be mailed to the person who is nominated as the administrator of the company. The administrator will then be responsible to maintain the company's database and to add / delete users as required. This information will be kept in a registration database that is accessible only to the Webmaster, not to ordinary users.

One of the main benefits of having a protected web like is that authorized users don't have to keep typing their names into form fields, such as when submitting an article to a discussion group, because the web server already knows who they are. Similarly, other users can be reasonably sure that you really sent the articles and postings attributed to you, and that someone else didn't pretend to be you when posting.
