Namibia Bureau de Change has been operating as an " Authorised Dealer with Limited Authority" (ADLA) since August 1997- we deal with travellers cheques in 5 currencies and bank notes in 60 currencies. (See services offered for all our other products offered.)

The Service is specifically geared to operate on a same-day basis and includes the sale of American Express Travellers Cheques,Travelex Cash Passport (EUR,USD and GBP), Foreign Cash, the issuing of bank drafts and telegraphic or moneygram transfer of funds to travellers abroad,subject to Bank of Namibia approval.

What's more, pressurised business travellers need never leave their offices other than to head for their destinations. All foreign exchange documentation can be delivered directly, by prior arrangement, within normal office hours.

The Bank of Namibia regulations currently allow the following travel allowances for Namibian residents per calendar year: The limit for adults is N$160 000 and for children under 12, N$50 000.
